What you will be doing:

  • Assist the CEO in all aspects of strategy, business development, and financing.
  • Lead internal teams and projects.
  • Assist in preparing company sales and investor materials.
  • Financial modelling (with CFO) – willingness to have an opinion and dig for supporting and contrary data points.
  • Metric ownership and metric prioritisation.
  • Present to C-Suite Level Management Teams, investors, and the board of directors.
  • Influence and facilitate business leaders to set short and long-term strategies to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Review and drive the planning, process, and action for strategic outcomes.
  • Report, analyze, and translate data into key insights that drive executive decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance results, trends, and opportunities to recommend strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Establish and manage KPIs and an effective oversight process to enable rapid business decisions while mitigating risk.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and QBRs to a variety of stakeholders, executive teams, board members, shareholders, and external customers.
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, innovative thinking, and daily process improvement.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and relevant information that advances the dialogue and enables strong business decisions.

Your background and skills:

  • Educated at Bachelor's degree in any field. MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Additional to prior experience, at least 1-5 years of work experience in healthcare or healthcare consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Ability to run point on projects and escalate as necessary.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare ecosystem and trends like value-based care.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and communication (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with industry analysis and excel modelling as required.
  • Strong independent decision-making ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in speaking with different levels of management.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
  • Possesses in-depth technical knowledge in function derived from experience in non-management and middle management roles.
  • Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics and unit economics.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate information across multiple business units and build effective business relationships within an organization.
