About The Role

We are looking for a chief of staff who will work closely with the CEO and CFO to drive cross-functional activities and deliver the highest strategic priorities necessary to scale the business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO & CFO in developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.
  • Leadership Support: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, ensuring alignment on company priorities, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the company‚Äôs strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements in business processes and organizational structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, to foster strategic alliances and support business objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team on business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the leadership team and across the organization, ensuring that key initiatives and decisions are disseminated appropriately.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in business or related field and/or relevant experiences
  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking preferred
  • Interest in the food/CPG industry
  • Demonstrated track record in improving organizational efficiency
  • French speaking a plus
