About The Role

The office of the CEO is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the Stitch Fix leadership team. As a Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in partnering with our executive leadership team. The Chief of Staff position is a critical and trusted leadership role and the strategic right-hand person to our Stitch Fix CEO. You will help drive strategic business planning, support and direct change management throughout the organization, support and help drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives while building and maintaining key relationships across the organization.

This role can either be based in our San Francisco HQ or remote (US) and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. .

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will...

  • Be a strategic thought partner to our executive, helping them to think through decisions, supporting to gather additional information where necessary, ensuring they know what is coming up and helping to ensure they are always prepared
  • Partner closely on the strategic planning process across the organization, run regular update meetings on progress, ensure the executive is briefed on all strategic business activities.
  • Executive communications through organizational change around operational activities (often org updates, org announcements, hiring, strategic planning process, hiring updates).
  • Attend meetings in executives “stead”, serving as their executive proxy to help “multiply” their time and oversee critical initiatives.
  • Support communications team in service of external executive communications, interviews, communications, etc.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and support of leadership off-sites, and executive leadership meetings, as well as content for All Hands and Town Halls related to company strategy
  • Own agenda for and facilitate leadership team meetings. Track action items and drive to completion.

The Perspective And Experience You Bring Includes...

  • 10+ years experience working in management consulting, strategy and/or operational leadership roles
  • 3+ years in a similar scoped Chief of Staff and/or leadership role in a transformation office.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating the efforts of multiple teams across an organization. Capable of managing the deliverables of stakeholders internal and external to Stitch Fix.
  • Experience with business operations functions including human capital, finance/strategy, OKRs, and cross organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding on how to integrate diverse roles from diverse teams into a single effort that delivers success.
  • A strong ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional organization, understands big picture organizational priorities and strong ability to multi-task.
  • Managing confidentiality without exception.
