This role will report to the President and CEO and will help ensure the execution of the President and CEO’s agenda from meeting preparation, thought leadership, project management, and special projects. This individual will develop strong relationships across the business to partner and help set the direction, support the development and execution of critical business strategies, processes, and policies to drive growth and greater efficiencies.
Your role in our mission
- Oversee business initiatives from ideation to implementation across the organization
- Plan, coordinate and develop content and messages for leadership meetings, workshops, board meetings, etc
- Plan and manage the priorities around the CEO’s daily schedule
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Build and develop relationships with leaders across the entire organization for increased efficiency and responsiveness
- Partner with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization
- Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
- Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in brand, marketing, communications. Experience building strong relationships and driving marketing strategies.
- Proven executive-level communication skills and presence. Demonstrated ability to operate and influence across the organization, including at the C-Suite level
- Exceptional project management skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, while promoting a strong culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries, including marketing, technology, and execution
- Demonstrated understanding of the business and market dynamics including financial performance, key objectives, challenges, and competitive landscape
- Execution focused, proven results in leading complex, large-scale initiatives from conception to completion within scheduled timeframes
What You Should Expect In This Role
- This role is remote with up to 30% travel possible.
The pay range for this position is $146,556.00 - $183,194.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
