Leadership & Strategy

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, directly managing multiple departments and helping the CEO/Creative Director to set strategic priorities
  • Serve as a key member of the Leadership team, planning and facilitating regular team meetings, driving the execution of action items, and turning discussions and ideas into strategic work
  • Drive strategic and operational planning processes to completion in partnership with company leaders and the broader organization, resulting in clear goals, KPIs, and roadmaps
  • Cultivate a culture of trust and transparency, eliminating the tendency to work in silos.
  • Provide guidance and direction across departments, supporting leaders in their long-term growth and day-to-day execution
  • Ensure that vision, culture, and intent is properly developed and communicated through all aspects of the company's client facing channels (including retail stores, e-comm, and marketing channels)

CEO Support

  • Act as a bridge between the CEO/Creative Director and internal departments, building strong, collaborative relationships and ensuring alignment across the organization
  • Ensure that the CEO/Creative Director's time is leveraged effectively, including engaging the right participants in and out of meetings and problem solving with stakeholders in advance to maximize their time with the CEO/Creative Director
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO/Creative Director on all business and personnel matters
  • Conduct research and summarize learnings to advise the CEO/Creative Director on strategic priorities

Business Operations

  • Own and continuously improve company operating cadence (e.g. Leadership team meetings, All hands, bi-annual strategic meetings)
  • Own internal communications to ensure that everyone has the information they need when they need it
  • Provide support and coordinate information sharing to/from our Financial advisors and Senior consultants
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as the go-to person for finance and operations
  • Work with Operations staff to handle employee relations issues
  • Work with Operations staff to maintain and update company budgets and stay up-to-date on weekly financials

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years in a business or executive management role
  • 5+ years experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and tracking
  • 2+ years experience managing senior leaders
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry and past experience managing sales and production portions of a jewelry company is a plus
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Comfortable with budget management and data analysis
  • Experience executing a designer/brand leader’s creative vision
  • Proven success owning complex, cross-functional projects and seeing them through
  • Willing to submit to background check, standard NDA, and be a keyholder
