Our Business Process Analyst will analyze processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be streamlined, improved, or automated with the goal of increasing revenue and improving the user experience. They will lead cross-functional teams to develop takeaways and processes that align with product strategy and company goals. They are involved in documenting procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders.
Deep dive the end to end-user experience across multiple teams and business units including Zillow Offers, Zillow Homes, Connections and Partner SupportDevelop, implement and analyze the impact of new processes that increase revenue and improve labor efficiency in alignment with business lines OKRs.Responsible for tracking and reporting on OKR attainmentLead the enhancement of existing business processes, workflows and resources.Influence key stakeholder decision making, including Sr. Leadership, through effective change management and communicationCommunicate changes by educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processesMonitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on process performanceAnalyze customer feedback and trends, partner on product design, lead product, and process implementation and communication strategies.Work side by side our tech teams to build out new tools and ensure current tools are efficient and up to dateLead coordination between partner teams to ensure consistency across markets, office, and business processes.
This role has been categorized as a Hybrid position. “Hybrid” employees regularly work at an existing ZG corporate office for approximately 10 to 80 percent of their time each month, and the rest of the time they may work from a remote physical location of their choice within a reasonable commuting distance from the corporate office which must be identified to the Company in advance. The Recruiter and Hiring Manager will set expectations on the employee’s preferred time in office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.
