GALE is currently hiring a Business Operations - Resourcing Manager with strong knowledge and discipline in the field to join our Operations team in North America. You will be hands on in the management of the estimate and staffing process to support our client and domain leads in balancing their teams.

Who You Are...

4-6 years experience in business operations, resource management or creative project management in an agency settingHigh attention to detail and a passion for quality of data entry of staffing plans and reportsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and are analyticalDriven to see loose ends through to completion to chase team members on details needed to hit milestones of the Estimate and Staffing processesAbility to prioritize, track and organize workload for other team members and selfExperience working in a fast paced and ever-changing environmentAbility to manage change and maintain a clear perspective of end goals for the studioWhat you'll be doing...

Manage and improve business operations workflows regarding process around estimates, briefing intakes and people utilizationDevelop strong relationships with team members locally and in other officesMaintain proper traffic flow and communication with team members; identifying and resolving any issues related to people needs for our domains and client leadsCreate and analyze reports for hours utilizationForecast people needs and adjust accordingly
