About the Role:

As the Business Operations Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing data-driven analysis and measurement to ensure that the company is focusing on the right metrics and outputs. This will also require building and embedding growth levers so that our insights lead to impactful outcomes, or meaningful changes in the behavior of the business. This role must leverage both internal sales data and market intelligence to help GTM and Product leadership make smarter decisions to optimize for revenue and other target growth metrics. You will need to project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and be able to work independently across different teams. You will need to distill and simplify large and complex problems quickly by working through huge data sets, and presenting your findings clearly and concisely to an executive audience.


  • Own and iterate on the operating rhythm of the company, which includes OKRs, QBRs and Strategic Initiatives
  • Facilitate and optimize the company OKR process to help teams set, score and share quarterly OKRs so that they drive prioritization and measurement of our top company goals
  • Act as the BizOps lead for emerging Business Units responsible for driving growth and efficiency in key areas alongside GTM and Product leadership
  • Be proactive with hypothesis-driven analyses that will uncover and prioritize pockets of growth within existing Business Units
  • Conduct sophisticated analyses of complicated and large data sets, and translate the results into actionable insights and narratives that will drive decision making for GTM and Product
  • Project manage multiple high priority, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders at once that may include but are not limited to new product launches, new market entries, operational improvements, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience in management consulting, sales and business operations, or corporate strategy
  • Excellent data analytics skills and strong business acumen is a must, with a proven ability to leverage complex datasets to refine and answer significant strategic questions
  • Extremely proficient in excel
  • Experience creating revenue models for a product, service, or business unit
  • Highly motivated and excited by big challenges, capable of diving in and quickly developing thoughtful approaches to drive better business decisions and outcomes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to translate complex data analyses into clear and compelling narratives for an executive audience
  • Great attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Ability to thrive by solving complex and ambiguous problems both independently and in highly collaborative environments
  • Highly proficient in extracting and analyzing data from BI tools and CRM systems
