WhatsApp is seeking a highly strategic and analytical Business Operations leader. This is a strategic leadership role within Finance working directly with the WhatsApp executive leadership team. The role focuses on understanding, building, and driving business and monetization, while partnering closely with Business, Product, Data, and Partnerships teams. This is an exciting time in WhatsApp’s growth, with recent announcements related to new capabilities and business building in payments, shops, business messaging, desktop integration, and closer ties across the Facebook family of apps. Many of the strategic priorities within WhatsApp are zero-to-one ideas, building new capabilities from the ground up. You will have high visibility with leadership and get exposure to the most critical strategic business questions the team is working to solve. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to many facets of a rapidly growing business, including building strong POVs on strategic decisions, business and revenue forecasting, and WhatsApp’s mid- and long-term monetization strategy. The role requires strategic thinking, executive communication skills, a deeply analytical mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward action.
