Zola is looking for a Business Operations Manager, Travel to help drive and scale our fast-growing Honeymoons product. This business is at a very early stage of development within a well-funded, growth-stage startup. We’re looking for a scrappy and analytical problem-solver to act as a thought partner to the head of Honeymoons. This person will help inform strategy, refine the user experience and develop & execute operational plans in order to support the growth of the Honeymoons business. The ideal candidate will have a knack for translating complex problems into actionable next steps, and a desire to identify and solve challenges with creative solutions.


  • Lead oversight of daily operations to ensure flawless execution, including day-to-day management of partner travel agents,
  • Volume/capacity tracking and forecasting, system issues/improvements, and servicing escalations
  • Identify and execute optimizations to our sales funnel, including A/B testing, updating flows, and setting travel agent-level best practices
  • Develop clear and efficient process maps, including standardizing flows and implementing baseline servicing requirements with partners
  • Own development and optimization of the overall Honeymoons client experience
  • Lead cross-functional team projects designed to integrate Honeymoons more deeply into the core Zola ecosystem, including the creation of customer servicing plans, standardization of accounting processes, and leading marketing and product projects as-needed
  • Support the development of new strategic Travel product offerings
  • Manage contractor(s)


  • BA/BS
  • 4+ years of of professional experience, with experience working in strategy, bizops, growth, consulting, or another related field
  • Self-starter with the ability to both drive projects autonomously and ask for input when needed
  • Thrives in ambiguity and excited to work at a “startup within a startup”
