Zillow is looking for a strategic, analytical, and tech-savvy problem solver to join our Biz Ops team supporting our sales technology initiatives. This manager will be involved in a number of projects focused on the activation and enhancement of tech used by our sales and service teams, with the goal of delivering solutions that lead to increased revenue for the business and improved experiences for our internal and external partners. You will work between the Biz Ops and Salesforce teams, as well as key cross-functional partners, to successfully operationalize our vision and strategy. - Project Management: Lead strategic projects end-to-end across a variety of domains. Stand up, operationalize, and successfully deliver cross-functional projects that can span 2 weeks to 2 quarters. Scope of projects can include implementing new sales tech, change management efforts for new processes and tools, and rolling out of new products and/or features to the sales and service teams. - Process design & stakeholder management: Define new processes to drive operational efficiency by creating scalable technical solutions for our sales and service teams. This will include acting as the liaison between the business and tech teams, taking our internal partners problems, defining the technical solutions to meet their needs, and communicating our roadmap effectively to business leaders. - Tool support & prioritization: Support effective deployment of new technology through co-ownership of intake prioritization, ticket grooming, testing, and training.
This role has been categorized as a Hybrid position. “Hybrid” employees regularly work at an existing ZG corporate office for approximately 10 to 80 percent of their time each month, and the rest of the time they may work from a remote physical location of their choice within a reasonable commuting distance from the corporate office which must be identified to the Company in advance. The Recruiter and Hiring Manager will set expectations on the employee’s preferred time in office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.
