You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Manager - Commerce Responsibilities

  • Drive Commerce planning cycles across product teams: long-range plan (LRP), annual budget, and quarterly forecasts
  • Develop a deep, quantitative and qualitative understanding of the Commerce ecosystem (buyers, sellers, channel partners)
  • Build models to forecast Commerce Revenue and Expenses
  • Identify and drive critical initiatives to support monetization and business growth
  • Prepare and present analyses to executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, Business
  • Own end-to-end partnerships with a range of Finance, Product and Business leaders

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9+ years experience working in strategy or finance roles
  • Demonstrated experience driving processes and influencing decision making across levels and functions (Finance, Product, and Business)
  • Experience framing ambiguous problems, and drawing insights from multiple data sources
  • Experience using SQL
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working in a marketplace, ideally e-Commerce
  • Experience modeling in Python/R or similar
