Our B2B Business Operations team is made up of endlessly curious, strategic thinkers and doers. This small team will push each other intellectually and operationally to help implement the most important strategic initiatives within Calm.
You will work autonomously and help drive projects across the org to build and execute strategic initiatives to grow the B2B business and enhance sales productivity. You’ll work cross-functionally between our sales, account management, marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive sales and a word-class customer experience. You are an expert at… - Using data to identifying opportunities to bring process efficiency to internal teams and unlock sales / improve customer experience - Implementing and launching strategic and cross-functional programs and initiatives - Measuring impact and success of new programs and initiatives - Communicating and training teams on new processes and ensuring seamless transition of responsibilities between teams
