As the company is quickly growing, we are looking to build out our Business Operations team. This team is focused on working on the most pressing projects that will help the company grow. You will gain a high amount of exposure to Senior Leadership across the organization as you help Team Leads craft their strategy and build out processes so that operations can effectively scale.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to be a generalist where they learn about various business functions (e.g., Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, Sales Operations, etc.) and then eventually specialize in one area based on their interests. A growth mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves is a requirement as this individual will be expected to build out programs in areas where they have no prior experience and there is potentially no existing Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Serve a "pinch-hitting" role where you help the company tackle major projects in the most pressing areas of the business
• Analyze data and drive implementation of best practices to increase productivity across cross-functional groups
• Help Senior Leadership build strategy and meet quarterly OKRs
• Manage personal projects that require industry research, goal setting, ongoing support, and external communication with vendors
• Goal for this role is to develop a deep understanding of various business functions (Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, Sales Operations, etc.) and later on specialize in one area based on the employee’s interests

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Business Operations, Data Analytics, Investment Banking, or Consulting
• 4 year degree required, preferably in Finance, Data Analytics, or Economics
• Analytical background with strong attention to detail
• Experience with SQL or Tableau / Looker is a plus, but not required (candidates should be open to learning as this will likely later be a requirement)
• Growth mindset and an excitement to learn about various business functions
• Self-starter with little oversight needed
• Ability to effectively manage time as this role will drive their own projects as well as support multiple Team Leads
• Proven ability to build healthy relationships across all departments
