Covid has upended in-person work environments and possibly work culture as we know it for the long-term. As vaccine distribution grows, many companies, especially those with large physical office footprints, are planning for their employees to return to offices. But what does the new office environment look like? How do we make sure employees feel safe? And what are the new norms for hybrid companies that will allow both work from home and maintain their offices for those that want to co-work in one place together?
We're joined by Chris Butterick, CoS, Workplace at LinkedIn. Chris has spent the better part of a decade working within operations focused heavily on the workplace. Chris will share his thoughts and experiences on the current situation along with some of the planning and considerations his team is working through at LinkedIn.
Chris' career has focused on leadership within internal service organizations. He spent 6 years in operational management roles within LinkedIn's Workplace org in North America before becoming Chief of Staff. His team handles real estate, facilities, design and construction, security, and strategic sourcing for LinkedIn globally. Previously he spent 6 years leading finance and operations for GOOD, a start-up media company in Los Angeles.
