We’ve released a new Chief of Staff Network events calendar, so you can easily track what’s going on in the future. If you’d like to view the events directly on your work calendar, we’ve prepared an .ics file that you can import.

​​​​Adding a .ics file to different calendar applications such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar involves a few specific steps for each platform. Here's a guide on how to do it:

First, download the .ics file here. Then proceed to the set of instructions relevant to your calendar.

Import .ics to Google Calendar

1. Open Google Calendar: Go to Google Calendar on your computer (not available on the mobile app).
2. Settings: On the top right, click the gear icon and select 'Settings'.
3. Import & Export: On the left side, find the 'Import & Export' option.
4. Select File: Click on 'Select file from your computer' and choose the .ics file.
5. Choose Calendar: Select which calendar to add the events to (if you have multiple).
6. Import: Click on 'Import' to add the events from the .ics file to your Google Calendar.

Import .ics to Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Outlook: Open Outlook on your computer.
2. File Tab: Click on the 'File' tab in the top left corner.
3. Open & Export: Select 'Open & Export' and then choose 'Import/Export'.
4. Import an iCalendar (.ics): Choose 'Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)' and click 'Next'.
5. Select File: Find and select your .ics file.
6. Import Options: Choose whether to import into your current calendar or open as a new calendar.

Import .ics to Apple Calendar

1. Open Calendar App: Open the Calendar app on your Mac.
2. File Menu: Go to the 'File' menu at the top of the screen.
3. Import: Select 'Import'.
4. Select the .ics File: Find and select the .ics file you want to add.
5. Choose Calendar: Choose the calendar where you want to add the events (if you have multiple).
6. Finalize: Click 'OK' to add the events.
